Great Customer service

I initially wrote a review for a drum I received that was quite underwhelming. The sound quality and overall drum construction did not meet the description. However, after contacting Customer Support, they sent me a replacement drum. The second one is significantly better in both sound quality and sturdiness. Despite the longer-than-expected shipping time, I’m happy with the drum and would definitely recommend it.

Talking Drum GAN GAN

I did receive my drum quickly and yes, it is beautiful. However, I did not receive a bag with it and it was packed well but when appealed off the packing tape from the leather rim, it peeled the top layer off so it is torn. I’m just wondering what I could do to repair it what substance would be best because the drum is beautiful and I just want to fix it Other than that, I already owned three and I would buy another because this is a great company. Thank you.

New Purchase

I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted, so I chatted them up and they explained everything. They sent me a picture of my custom strap before assembly and shipping and I got my drum delivered to my home 9 days after. Great product, great packaging, Fantastic service!!!
